KRIMSON SMOKE — CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

All custom and personalized items are final sale and nonrefundable. Because these products are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personalization details submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Please carefully review all names, initials, spelling, colors, sizes, and design details before submitting your order or approving a design proof. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your confirmed order or approved design, please contact Krimson Smoke promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund when warranted.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
